Because our books and goods are produced in limited runs and, in many cases, made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or resolution.
